You Make Me Want To Lose You is an experimental investigation into the human relationship between body and its surroundings. The structured movement improvisation is strongly influenced by the site it is performed in (usually public spaces and/or outdoors). The performance plays in the Here & Now, with moments of stillness and movement, with intimacy and publicity. The dancers, dressed in boiler suit and cardboard box, cannot see but must negotiate themselves through the strangeness of her own performance. In this playful act of exploration, the performers kindly interact with the audience, evoking moments of surprise, empathy and wonder.
